In December of 2023 the church voted to call Brian as their pastor with his wife Caitlin and their four boys.

       With a pastor's heart and passion for the Gospel of Jesus Christ, Brian comes to First Baptist Church Lometa with 6 years of pastoral experience and in 2021 Brian received his Masters of Pastoral Theology from the BMA Theological Seminary. He began in pastoral ministry at Posey Baptist Church in Sulphur Springs, Texas. He served Posey as the Youth and Family Pastor for 2.5 years. After which, he was called as the Senior Pastor of First Baptist Church Sunrise Beach. He served there another 3.5 years before coming here to FBC Lometa.

       Brian and Caitlin have been together since 2008 and were married in 2012. They have 4 boys (Roman, Benjamin, Nathan, and Samson) that attend Lometa ISD. Caitlin is a first grade teacher here in Lometa and currently serves on the Praise and Worship Team at First Baptist Church Lometa.

       God has had Brian on a unique path through ministry. He has spent time in youth and family and serving in a retirement community, Giving him a wide view of ministry and a desire to bring the generations together. The family are excited to be here and pray to spend the next 30 years serving the Lometa area.
